Chick-fil-a Bowl Preview and Prediction

This matchup between the Duke Blue Devils and the Texas A&M Aggies should mark the final college game of the one and only Johnny Manziel.  Both of these defenses are mediocre at best, and this should lead to a shootout of two high-powered offenses in the Georgia Dome.

Preview: David Cutcliffe has done an outstanding job at Duke.  He has transformed the Blue Devils into ACC Coastal Division Champions, and thus has proved that Duke is not just a basketball school.  The Blue Devil offense is led by Junior QB Anthony Boone, the rushing duo of Jela Duncan and Josh Snead, and WR Jamison Crowder.

On the opposite sideline, the Kevin Sumlin-led Texas A&M Aggies have arguably the best weapon in the nation in 2012 Heisman-winning, dual-threat QB Johnny Manziel.  This kid is known for his uncanny scrambling ability and his speed.  He also has a very strong arm and is very accurate.  He can make the NFL-throws and is a playmaker.

In 2013, Manziel has thrown for 3,732 yards and 33 TDs while amassing 686 more on the ground.  The Aggies have one of the top pass-catchers in the nation in WR Mike Evans.  Evans has caught 65 balls for 1,322 yards and 12 scores.  WR Derel Walker has 45 receptions for over 700 yards while fellow receiver Malcome Kennedy who has over 600 receiving yards.  RB Ben Malena is the second leading rusher behind Manziel with 506 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Overall, look for this game to be a high-scoring affair as both of these defenses are terrible, and both programs can put up points.  Texas A&M proves to strong for the Blue Devils as Johnny Football leaves College Station with a bang.

Prediction: Texas A&M 45-Duke 32
